- Every catalogue must identify its edition, publication state, responsible editor and copyright holder.

- Prices, availability, dimensions, print quantities and collector claims remain UNKNOWN until verified.
- Web, PDF and print-on-demand outputs must share one canonical content source and correction history.
- Paid partnerships, commissioned essays and affiliate relationships are labelled without euphemism.
